What’s up team!

Did you know I’ve been recording my own podcast for a couple of months?

Well now I’m going to start sharing the back catalogue, dripping a few episode out per week until we’re on track together!

Each of these emails will contain a nugget of reflection and advice, not just “here’s a link” and hit play

Very cool to see how far I’ve come in recording these solo and interview podcasts after setting out with a broad idea of how I wanted to hit record and share ideas.

My biggest reflection is on the power of producing consistently. Setting a loose goal of 1 episode per week has helped me publish almost 30 episodes now! So often we stop from starting a project because we worry about how it’s going to look at the beginning when what we really need is to just get going and let the process of production answer those questions for us.

My biggest piece of advice to you is JUST GO! Don’t worry about step 2, you can figure that out after taking step 1. Whatever it is your hesitating about moving on, but feel strongly in your heart you have to go, JUST GO!

Excited to keep sharing ideas with everyone here in written and verbal formats. Philsoohy isn’t just writing or conversing, it’s all types of thinking and communicating. Afterall, I’m the guy who uses trail runs as primary research, you should expect nothing less!
